Head of Girls Rugby Dave Grace said “ I am delighted we have been able to secure the services of such and experienced and talented coach. In what was a tough test for our U14 Sabres, they suffered a narrow loss against TJs U14s. The game was played in great spirits by both teams and was highly competitive and enjoyable game to watch. The girls played their socks off having to defend for long periods and whilst the Sabres had a few chances couldn’t get the ball over line in attack. Credit to who resolutely defended their try line! Good luck for the rest of the season and many thanks for visiting Goddington Dene.

Congratulations to our U12G that earned a hard fought win against tough opponents! A tough day for our U14G that put in a gallant effort in defeat against quality opposition. It was amazing to see 70+ girls playing and enjoying our amazing sport!

📣 We are pleased to announce the 2025-26 fixtures for our U12 and U14 girls are out! We are super excited for the season and the return or our U14s!

It is still not too late to join us for this season. New joiners are always welcome, both new players to the game or experienced players looking for a fresh challenge or more game time.

We have wonderful facilities and offer high quality coaching delivered by fully qualified coaches with additional support from the senior section of an established Mens National 2 League club focusing on player enjoyment and development

We are very excited to be starting our weekly pre-season training for U12 and U14 girls. is very pleased to confirm we will have an U14 team for the first time in 2025-26 and looking to build on the foundations established last season.

We are always looking for new players so any girls (Year 5-8) looking to give rugby a go are very welcome at the sessions.

As the prepare for RWC held in England in the autumn, we are excited to be welcoming local girls in years 4-8 to our summer Love Rugby camps. These are completely free and run at 10.00-11.30am every Saturday between 7th June and 19th July
