Friday’s Pilates class (9.30am) now has a great new venue - The Lucy Griffith Dance Studio in central Orpington. This means I can open up the waiting list. If you’d like to add a 2nd class to your practice, this would be a great addition , or if you’d just like to try the class then please get in touch.
