I started On-Ramp sessions at CrossFit Orpington in December 2025 which allowed me to get familiar with the different moves and get to know the coaches. From the get-go, I felt welcomed and supported and I finally started CrossFit sessions in April, which has been life-changing.Not only have I become stronger, but I also feel more energised on a day-to-day basis, thanks to the coaches for constantly pushing me (Ashley, Favour, and Charlotte)! I was diagnosed with a condition in February and lost some confidence as a result, but CrossFit Orpington has made me regain my confidence. All of the coaches and everyone attending are so kind and supportive. I'm so glad that I joined and can't wait to keep getting fitter.
