During the pandemic, Matt used just paralettes, kettlebells, resistance bands and a tree! Matt is a Level 3 Personal Trainer (CIMSPA Certified), and a qualified Suspension, Kettlebell & Circuit instructor.

A Crucifix Push-Up is an advanced push-up variation where your arms are spread very wide out to the sides, like a crucifix shape. It puts much more stress on the chest, shoulders, triceps, core, and upper back stability than a normal push-up.
It is harder because your arms are further away from your body, so your chest and shoulders have to work more to control the movement

LaLanne Push-Up
The advanced bodyweight push-up variation made famous by Jack LaLanne. It is much harder than a normal push-up because the arms are extended far in front of the body, making it a combination of a push-up, an extended plank, an ab rollout, and a core hold.
