A Crucifix Push-Up is an advanced push-up variation where your arms are spread very wide out to the sides, like a crucifix shape. It puts much more stress on the chest, shoulders, triceps, core, and upper back stability than a normal push-up.
It is harder because your arms are further away from your body, so your chest and shoulders have to work more to control the movement
