Riverside 0 - 5 Yarm Albion
Tuesday late kick off, didn’t know if we had a team to start the game until Adam turned up 3 minutes before kick off in his skinniest jeans and had to get changed on the sideline leaving us to try and delay kick off while he tried his hardest to get out of them.
We had a CB partnership of a keeper and our star penalty taker, our usual starting CB playing up front, couldn’t see the lines on the pitch, ground was like concrete, what could go wrong?
Well, we could concede 5 goals to second in the league, which in the grand scheme of things is actually quite impressive.
Seasons finished, can’t fault the effort from any of the boys throughout the season. Now for a break before we get into preseason, lots of fitness and learning how to put the ball in the other teams net without letting it in ours to be done.
