We are very excited to announce the guest referees for our upcoming friendly powerlifting meet on Saturday the 27th of June!
-
First up we have , elite competitive powerlifter who will be defending her title at the ABS Pro this August
-
Followed by our very own .a.f.t89 who has competed in many powerlifting meets in the past and knows the ins and outs of what is expected from competitors
-
And finally , also one of our own, a long time competitor in various strength sports, she also referee’d for us at last year’s event
-
Completely free for spectators so come along and enjoy our one of a kind atmosphere in our purpose built venue! Hot food and drinks will be available throughout the day.

We’ve had quite a few enquiries about our kit in the lead up to the “Europe’s Strongest” competition in June, specifically out CDB’s which now includes a 35kg.
-
And as always we have kit for all strongman events aside from throwing bags as we are an indoor-only facility.

Day passes £10 per person, no need to book ahead, just show up and train (however, avoid Saturday mornings as the strength room will be taken up until 11:30am)

We’ve been working hard behind the scenes building our underground pool beneath the gym, construction has taken a while and we missed our opening day target of March 30th but we are now proud to announce we will be offering swimming lessons for adults and children.

30 minute lessons priced at £6 and 60 minutes at £7.50

Maximum group number 10 participants.
