Manchester Rugby Coaching is committed to supported the development of Rugby League within and around Manchester. Our high performance staff help you with speed, strength, power and technical coaching to support your Rugby development. We work with individuals, schools, small groups and teams and through our partnership with Swinton Lions RFLC and support from the RFL, we can also provide addition

al initiatives such as teacher / coach CPD, match tickets and much more. With vast experience working within both community and elite club settings, we understand the demands physically and mentally that are required to perform at all levels of the game and as such tailor our coaching for all to enjoy our beautiful game.

Our RFL qualified and DBS certified coaching team will provide a safe, inclusive and fun learning environment with the opportunity for games at the end of each session.

Sessions are £40 a month (4 sessions) with sibling discount also available (brother or sister).

We are delighted to announce the launch of our new community Rugby League club, Helsby Hawks RFLC.

This new brand will now see Manchester Rugby Coaching expand into Meraeyside and The Wirral in 2026 and provide more opportunities for community engagement in the area and expand our reach in the north west.

Pre season in full swing with Rochdale Mayfield player Issac who is taking advantage of our speed school sessions at Manchester Regional Arena.

A morning wirh Salford Red Devils, didn't stop Remy working on his running mechanics and change of direction patterns this afternoon.

In 5 weeks of working together, be has gained better co ordination and balance as well as being more explosive in his acceleration.
On top of that his catching/ receiving the ball on the run without breaking speed has dramatically improved.

Keep up the good work athlete.
