Hello all

We are an under 11’s MJPL team looking for friendlies and tournaments to keep the boys busy now the season is over.

If you run a team, are a parent of a player in a team or have any other connection to a team, we’d be happy to have a chat about a friendly!

If you’re taking part in a tournament, arranging a tournament etc, we’d love to hear from you too!

We are based around the Warley/Oldbury area and would prefer games on a Tuesday evening or Saturday morning..

Avery under 11’s MJPL v Oldbury United Under MJPL

Another fantastically contested game today!

It finished 1-1 and both teams played their part in a brilliant game between two very well matched teams.

Well done to both teams!

Well done also to our coaches player of the match Jack D who played midfield and left-back and did a brilliant job in both positions.
Also a huge well done to Seth who played a blinder in the wide midfield role!

Very proud of Avery again this morning as the improvement continues!

Avery MJPL Under 11’s v Birmingham United MJPL

Great game against Birmingham United FC MJPL this morning!

A very high scoring game that could’ve gone either way! It didn’t finish in Avery’s favour today so massive congratulations to Birmingham United who were fantastic hosts and also a fantastic team!

Both teams competed well, played hard and made the game a great spectacle so both teams should walk away with heads held high!

Massive congratulations to Raahil who won Coaches’ player of the game with a skilful, composed and accomplished performance in midfield and also Kian who won parents player of the match who ran his socks off all game, gave up on nothing and generally made life miserable for the opposition defence!

Well done boys!

Avery Under 11’s MJPL v CS Colts MJPL

Great performance by Avery Under 11’s MJPL today who ended the game winning 5-2!

CS Colts were a very well drilled team with some very talented players who played their part in a very good game.

Avery Under 11’s MJPL are improving week on week and have had a massive upturn in performances since the new year and the trend continues this week.

The players continue to work hard, support each other, work together and improve every week. They really are making everyone very proud!

It seems we had our poker faces on today because once the game was over, we had a pair of Jacks as MOTM’s!
Well done to Jack D who was coaches player of the match with an accomplished performance in midfield and also Jack T who was parents player after scoring a hat-trick from the wing!

Well done team Avery, let’s keep this huge upturn in performances and results going!

Another great game this morning!

Thank you to Inkberrow MJPL for being great hosts!

A very well contested game that ended 2-2.
Avery were leading 2-1 with 5 minutes to go when Inkberrow MJPL equalised.

A fantastic performance by both teams and a 2-2 may just about have been a fair result.

Well done Avery MJPL under 11’s for another great weekend and continuing the fantastic improvement over the past few weeks!
You’re all making the club, the parents and the coaches immensely proud!

Huge congratulations to Theo for Coaches MOTM and also the parents MOTM; another solid performance by our Mr Consistent!

Next Generation Nitro’s V Avery MJPL Under 11’s

WOW! What another brilliant game today!

This group of lads at Avery MJPL really are a special bunch! They work so hard for each other and their coaches! They had 3 regular defenders missing today but the lads battled on!

Such a close game today that could really have gone either way. Next Generation Nitro’s were brilliant hosts and an excellent team and should be congratulated on their narrow win by one goal.

Not the result you wanted today guys but you really are making parents and coaches very proud!

Coaches MOTM was Jack D today who played fantastically well out of position due to a few unavailable players and the parents MOTM award was shared between Raahil & Seth who both did a great job in midfield; well done all 3 of you, you were all immense today!

Let’s keep the massive improvement going!

Last weeks game against Sutton United.

Not the result you wanted boys but such a massive improvement on the last time we played this team!

It was a very close game and you all deserved so much more but keep working hard and it will pay off!

What a game today!

The team were up against a very strong side in Walsall Pheonix who certainly played their part in an absolute cracker!

Avery found themselves 2-0 down at half time and ended the game winning 3-2!

This is testament to the lads’ resilience, hard work, team ethic and the hard work put in by coaches Karl and James!

Well done today boys; some very proud parents and coaches were watching on this morning!

Huge well done to Charles who won coaches player of the match and Callum who won parents player of the match; you were both superb!
