The referee had a really tough decision to make today and, after a solid performance, couldn’t choose just one Player of the Match — so two players were selected.

Charlotte was one of those players, putting in a huge shift in midfield. She played the full game with no substitutions, giving everything from start to finish.

Despite the result, there were plenty of positives to take from the game. It was a very encouraging display against a well-organised opposition, with plenty to build on as we start the season.

The referee had a really tough decision to make today and, after a solid performance, couldn’t choose just one Player of the Match — so two players were selected.

Rachel was one of those players, putting in a huge shift in defence. She played the full game with no substitutions, giving everything from start to finish.
