As an ICA level 3 coach with LTA accreditation and over 15 years experience I use a mix of Spanish style coaching with its easy to follow technical progressions and exciting and varied drills and traditional coaching techniques. This week I completed my ICA Sports level 3 tennis coaching course and I am absolutely over the moon to have achieved “Professional Coach” grade !! Huge thanks to Adrian Rattenbury from ICA Sports for making the long journey down from Cheshire to teach us……absolutely fantastic course…..bring on the level 4 course!!

Great fun at Okehampton Tennis Club today for their open day. Fantastic weather, great turn out, lots of music and lots of fun playing tennis!! Huge thanks to everyone who turned out to help. Video is of the Swedish handball warm up they for the tennis fit taster session!
