What an amazing first bootcamp session in the SDE Fitness HQ gym! Everyone came down, gave it their all, and absolutely smashed the workout 👊🙌 The energy was incredible, and it was so good to see everyone pushing themselves and having fun at the same time.

🌟 My Journey to Becoming a Personal Trainer 🌟

For over a decade, I worked in childcare, dedicating myself to helping families and children thrive. But after having my third child, I found myself reflecting on my own passions and what truly made me happy. That’s when I decided it was time for a change—a leap into something I genuinely love.

Having been on my own fitness journey after my third son, I experienced firsthand the challenges and rewards of balancing a busy family life with personal health goals. Inspired by that journey, I made the decision to train as a personal trainer, and since then, I've been living my dream.

Helping others achieve their fitness goals, overcome struggles, and find balance in their lives brings me immense joy and fulfillment. I understand how hard it can be to prioritize yourself when life is so busy, but I also know how incredible it feels to push through and come out stronger.

Becoming a personal trainer has been one of the best decisions I’ve ever made, and I’m so grateful for the opportunity to help others transform their lives.

One of the best parts of being a personal trainer is helping people achieve their unique fitness goals. Everyone's journey is different, and I absolutely love using my knowledge and experience to guide each client to success!

Take Abby, for example. Her goal was all about building serious upper body strength and chasing those "big bro gains"—a strong back, pumped arms, and benching with confidence. And wow, did she deliver! Nailing all of her goals and securing some amazing PB's. Her back and arms are looking incredible, and she’s now getting shredded with her cardio dialed in.
