Hoop every Thursday 20:00-21:00

We will focus on building strength and effective body positioning to be able to confidently lift oneself in the air. You’ll learn how to manoeuvre yourself efficiently, and when you’re safe (and not so) to promote thinking aerialists. The class is suited to a variety of abilities from beginner to advanced. More advanced students will focus on performing more challenging drops and sequences. Conditioning and flexibility training will be incorporated weekly for everyone; let’s get strong and bendy!

Hot weather reminder: Classes are running as usual this week. Please bring a drink with you and make sure you stay hydrated. We'll have fans running, but you're welcome to bring a handheld fan if you'd like. We'll be taking plenty of breaks and checking in with everyone throughout the sessions. 🌞
