How did you spend your Saturday morning? 🥊

Ours started at 8am with bag work, shadow boxing and some quality rounds of sparring.

No lie-in. No excuses. Just hard work, sharp skills and a great atmosphere in the gym. 👊🔥

A big thank you to our good friend Jerry Gorman for dropping off these brilliant Gorman Boxing T-shirts for us 👊🥊

Jerry has supported our gym and fighters for many years, and his show is the only unlicensed boxing event that we are happy to support. It is always professionally run, well matched and puts the safety of the fighters first.

The next UBL Super Fight Night takes place in Coventry on 2nd October, featuring some of Britain’s toughest men—including Jon Shaw fighting for the Toughest Man in Britain Championship!

Thanks again, Jerry. We’ll be wearing the shirts with pride and wish everyone involved another successful night. 💪🔥
