We are all good at panicking when the scale weight goes up and want to cut back on food and train more, I know as I used to be one of those people.

Today I’m holding at 0.7kg above last week, I’m not concerned and here’s why….

My sleeps been all over the place
I’m fatigued
I look to be holding water

All these things have an impact on scale weight , it’s not always fat.

Just stick to the plan keep doing what you’re doing and you’ll be absolutely fine, - the body is a weird and wonderful thing.

The results shocked me 😱
This first picture I was happy with, I still looked healthy even 20 years later ... the 2nd picture on the other hand shocked me I could not believe the difference I looked awful I want to look & feel fit and healthy in 20 years, I do not want to look like I've let myself go.

So now I’ll ask you the same, If your someone who doesn't priorities your health & fitness should this be your sign too start? , if this doesn't make you think twice about it then ask Chat GPT yourself it won't disappoint
