Introducing our committee!!!

Our chair is Anne-Marie Davison….

Hi Everyone,

As chair of the club, I am proud to have an amazing team of volunteers to support the local community and their dogs

This last year saw our second season of races within the local community and we welcomed both beginner and experienced racers to some amazing venues.

I look forward to working with the team to continue to develop a community based club with the membership at its core.

If you see me out and about with my dog Hugo, you are welcome to come and say hi. See you all out on the trails!

Our treasurer is Jason Pashley….

Hi Everyone,

I'm in charge of all our finances as a club. Having been involved in canicross with my Weimeraner for the last four years, I have completed various CPD programmes and regularly support the group on social and coached runs.

I also help to organise our races, start and finish timing, resources and arranging contracts to be signed.

If you see me out and about with my dog Skye, you are welcome to come and say hi. See you all out on the trails!

I believe in the positive effect of sport on mental health. Canicross has built my confidence, being a committee member means I can give back to this sport which has changed my life.

Looking after social media we have Chloe Spowage….

Hi Everyone,

I'm on the committee because I love being part of the club and making things happen. I never thought I'd be canicrossing but I enjoy getting out, meeting new people and their dogs. I'm a big believer in keeping dogs active as it's so important for their mental and physical health as well as our own. I want to encourage others to do the same.
