⚠️ URGENT SAFETY NOTICE ⚠️
Due to sub-zero temperatures and yesterdays ice now hidden by snow, conditions are extremely dangerous for running today.
We strongly urge people not to run and to stay indoors if possible.
If you feel you must run or walk today:
• Wear trail or ice-grip shoes
• Go out in daylight only
• Stick to well-used / gritted paths
• Slow right down and avoid hills
• Take extra care near roads – vehicles are more likely to lose control on ice
• Layer up to keep warm
• Keep it short to minimise exposure
Your safety comes first. There will be other days to train.
