๐๐ดโซ MATCH REPORT | HARRY CHILTON TROPHY โ 1ST ROUND โซ๐ด
Breaston Park FC 0โ8 Midland Rangers FC
What a performance from the lads! ๐น๐ฅ
The game started a little slowly, but after around 15 minutes we found our rhythm and began to take control. We got the first goal of the game, and instead of taking our foot off the gas, we kept the pressure on and were rewarded with another goal to make it 0โ2 inside 20 minutes.
Then came a crazy couple of minutes! We were awarded two penalties within 2โ3 minutes of each other, both converted, taking us into half-time with a commanding 0โ4 lead.
A good team talk at half-time and the lads came straight back out firing, scoring within two minutes of the restart to make it 0โ5.
As the second half went on, we were relentless. The passing, movement and speed at which we moved the ball was excellent, and once we found our stride we added another three quick goals to make it 0โ8 with 15 minutes still to play.
We then saw the game out professionally, defending well and staying solid at the back to secure a fantastic 0โ8 victory. ๐ช
๐ A brilliant performance from the whole squad, especially considering the poor pitch conditions.
๐ WEโRE THROUGH TO THE NEXT ROUND!
