✨ GOODBYE, JULY… WHAT A BEAUTIFUL WAY TO END THE MONTH! ☀️🧺🤍

This morning’s Mums on the Move Picnic was just perfect. The sun was shining, there was a lovely cool breeze, and it couldn’t have been a better morning for all the little ones to enjoy being outdoors.

It was so lovely seeing lots of mums chatting, making connections, and supporting one another while the babies had the best time playing together. 💛

As we say goodbye to July and head into a brand new month, if you’ve been thinking about coming along but haven’t quite taken the leap yet… let this be your sign. We’d love to welcome you and your little one. ✨

🧺Grab your picnic blanket and get yourself down to the Jamie Brough Pavilion in Hucknall at 10:30 tomorrow 🧺

There will be toys set up for the little ones and tea, coffee and toilet facilities available throughout 🥰

Our Journey to 5K is designed for women of all abilities, with a friendly, supportive and completely judgement-free atmosphere. No pressure, no expectations! Just encouragement, great company and the chance to achieve something you’re proud of.

Yesterday we were exploring Derbyshire… and today we headed back to Nottinghamshire for our very first Holme Pierrepont walk! 🌿👣

What a beautiful morning spent walking, chatting, laughing and making new friendships. Every week we’re reminded that these walks are about so much more than just getting steps in – they’re about finding your people, boosting your wellbeing and knowing you never have to do motherhood alone. 🫶

Whether you’ve been with us from the beginning or you’re thinking about joining for the very first time, there will always be a warm welcome waiting for you.

✨ WHAT. A. WEEK. ✨

This week has been one we’ll remember for a long time! 💛

On Wednesday we had a very exciting filming day that we absolutely cannot wait to share with you all 👀🎥 We also had the pleasure of catching up with Councillor Dale Grounds again, who continues to be such a fantastic supporter of our community.

Then today… WOW! 🌿☀️ We enjoyed a beautiful walk around Rushcliffe Country Park and had the privilege of welcoming 10 brand new mums into our ever-growing community.

Seeing new faces find the confidence to come along for that very first walk is exactly why Mums on the Move exists. 💛

We’re not about pace, fitness levels or fitting in. We’re about creating a space where every mum feels welcome, supported and never judged. A community of women who lift each other up, cheer each other on and remind one another that no one has to do motherhood alone.
