Hello everyone ☺️ just a quick look at Google maps and the traffic is well and truely snarled up around Bardills island. This is having a knock on effect around Bramcote. Might clear up in an hour but wanted to share and give people a heads when you’re heading to swim tonight

🏅 Medal Monday🏅

Sharing a few club highlights from the last couple of weeks — it’s been great seeing members out and about taking part in local events!

🌟 At the weekend – John D took on the excellent local Mini Tri hosted by Nottingham Tri Club 👏
🌟 Last weekend – Jess raced the Goose Fair Gallop 10k and came away with 1st female! 🥇 Amazing effort!

As always, we love hearing what our members have been up to — whether it’s racing, training, or just getting outside for a run, ride or swim. Drop us a message we can share your achievements too 🙌
