KEY INFO POST!
The best way to get your child/children booked in to SummerBall is by emailing [email protected] with the dates you would want your children attending the camp. Of course we have no expectation for you to know what dates your children would be attending for the whole summer. However, we would much prefer a weeks notice as to whether your child is going to be attending so we can get the correct staff and activities planned. Under special circumstances we are accepting of later notice bookings as we understand how stressful summer can be for parents.
Summerball will run every weekday from the 29th July through to the 1st September. The activities will run from 9am- 5pm and that will cost £20, unless you are eligible for free school meals in which case you get a 25% discount. However, we understand that not everyone works 9-5 jobs and so our services can be extended to 8;30am-6pm at an additional cost.
Unfortunately lunch is not included and thus a packed lunch will have to be provided as well as an optional snack to have throughout the day. Water, of course, will be provided and so all that will be needed in that department is a water bottle.
The camp is at Bingham Road Playing Fields, Radcliffe On Trent, NG12 2AX. We have been given access to indoor cover and astroturf pitches so rain or shine the camp will be on and you can rely on us!
