1 hour Gas Hill AMRAP.

15 reps complete, with the GORUCK Europe plate carrier and 20lb plate. Beat my previous best of 13 reps but I was 5lb lighter. The heat was an absolute killer.

Had a surprise appearance from Sam Naylor thanks again for the company was expecting this one to have been a lonely affair. Was great to see you putting in work. Solid effort mate.
