AERIAL YOGA IS BACK!!
Tuesdays 12-1pm (from October 1st)

Aerial Yoga combines your favourite Yoga poses with the added support of a Yoga Hammock. Enjoy the ability to stretch deeper, work harder and tip upside down (if you fancy).

The focus of our classes changes every week. We build strength, increase flexibility, coordination and learn some tricks along the way. There are so many incredible health benefits linked to participating in an Aerial Yoga class:
