** Thursday afternoons at Bannatyne Health Club - Norwich West (maternity cover)

What can I say…FRIDAY WAS INCREDIBLE!!!!

We had the best time in Hyde park and are now officially world record holders 👩‍🦲😍

Still feels like a dream but what an amazing experience getting to see so many incredible artists 😍 Lil Jon, Tinie Temper with a surprise appearance from Katy B, Kesha and of course PITBULL 😍😍😍 it doesn’t get any better than that 🥳

THURSDAY PUMP IT: MOVING TO 6PM! 🕒
We heard you! To give you more breathing room to get to Wymondham Leisure Centre after work, we are pushing Thursday 'Pump It' back to 6:00PM starting next week. (16th July) ⏰🎉

🚫 Book on, avoid the fees!
We know some of you held off booking to avoid late fees, but hopefully you can now book with confidence either before you arrive or when you get there.

⚠️Why it matters: Booking on helps us show the leisure centre how popular a class is, keeping our Thursday night line-up on the schedule! 🙌

This hen party season has been an absolute whirlwind, and it’s not over yet! I’m a little overwhelmed by the volume of super kind reviews coming in lately! Reading your messages honestly means the world to me.

THIS WEEK! CLASS CHANGES/CANCELLATIONS - Ketts Park & Costessey

With the weather being roasty toasty, I have looked at my timetable and have had some decisions to make.

Ketts park -
Wednesday - FFL - cancelled
Friday - FFL Dance & Zumba Gold - MOVED to WLC

(We did try moving Wednesdays class to the Leisure centre also but sadly both studios are already being used at that time)

Costessey -
Friday - Seated Zumba - Cancelled

All other classes are as normal as we have wonderful air conditioning 🙌🙌🙌 so make sure to come along for the coolest place in town 😏
