It’s Mental Health Awareness Week, and this year’s theme from the Mental Health Foundation is all about taking action. What actions are you taking?
As usual, I’ve been busy at my sewing machine! I’ve made hundreds of lavender-scented stress pyramids to help you find a moment of calm. Please make sure to grab one at your next class. 💚
I often hear how classes serve as a vital escape where you can leave stress at the door and feel like yourselves again. Thank you for making our classes such a welcoming and inclusive space for everyone to take action for their mental health.
