Run through grief together with our free mentored Couch to 5K programme 🏃

Our first 12-week course starts on Tuesday 14th April at Eaton Park, meeting at 10am every Tuesday.

The sessions are designed to support people through bereavement and are run in partnership with Up The Tempo Running CIC. A member of our Community Team will join you each week and we'll head to the café afterwards.
