Unsure what to do with your arms, hips and torso when dancing Salsa or Bachata? 👀

This is the bootcamp for you!

Open to all genders

This bootcamp will cover body movement technique for both Salsa and Bachata, as well as drilling a range of arm styling movements so they start to feel natural and effortless - meaning you can focus less on “what am I supposed to do with my arms?!” and more on actually enjoying the dance floor.

You’ll also explore different styling options so you can start developing your own style rather than simply copying someone else’s.

We have two floors, which means we can run two classes at the same time - so there’s something for different levels.

Class schedule:

7pm
Beginners - Level 1
Improvers Plus - Level 3

8:15pm
Improvers - Level 2
Intermediate - Level 4

We have social dancing in between and after classes, giving you a chance to practice what you’ve learnt and dance with different people.

And if you’re wondering what happens if you come without a partner… we rotate partners throughout the class, so you’ll get to dance with different people and meet new faces along the way!

In exactly one week, and three hours. You will have all the body conditioning tools you need to perfect your rolls/wave technique as we break down each body isolation in front of mirrors with hands-on attention.
