Our run club crew also got out this morning and bashed out 4 miles together 💪 It was cold, chilly, and definitely didn’t feel like spring… come on sunshine, where are you?! ☀️

Showing up, supporting each other, and getting it done no matter the weather that’s what it’s all about!!!

Every Wednesday night at Hellesdon high school 6:30pm-7:30pm

Cardio Combat is a high-energy workout designed to get your heart pumping, your body moving and your endorphins flowing

What’s involved?

Expect a mix of…….

• Boxing-inspired moves
• Cardio intervals
• Punches, kicks & combinations
• Simple routines anyone can follow
• High-energy music & good vibes

This class is all about building fitness, boosting confidence improving cardio vascular fitness, and improving your mental wellbeing ♥️

You do NOT need experience.
You do NOT need to be fit already.
Just come along, move your body and enjoy the atmosphere in a safe, supportive and non-judgemental environment ❤️

What an AMAZING launch for Line Dancing tonight!
🤠💃🏼

35 people through the doors, all coming together in a safe, non-judgemental environment where it’s simply about moving, improving, and enjoying yourself ❤️

The vibes were unreal, the community spirit was incredible, and seeing everyone smiling throughout the whole session was exactly what Move and improve is all about. No pressure, no perfection, just fun, laughter, confidence, connection and community ♥️

Thank you so much to every single person who came along and supported it tonight. You made the atmosphere so special.

Grace you were fabulous and flawless up there tonight, so proud of you and so glad to have you on the team. Thank you so much!!!

Safe to say the launch was successful and we can’t wait to bring you more!!!
