It’s official! 🎉👏 My application for APC Accreditation has been approved for another year. 🗓
Next year sees the start of a new journey to become a Master Coach with the APC (Association for Professional Coaching).
Very excited to continue making progress & raising my own standards. 👨‍🎓🧑‍🎓👩‍🎓

I’m in the process of setting up my new Website & for Life & Career Coaching & Mentoring for Chefs called www.thechefsmentor.com. A holding page will go live in a few weeks while the main areas are constructed. 🌍

Eventually it will host courses, a members area sharing recipes, suppliers links, free downloads, tips & tricks etc. A regular blog & other features currently under discussion. (By all means let me know if you have any ideas of what you’d like to see on the site?)

I’m passionate about food & hospitality in general & really enjoy helping chefs of all grades develop. 🥇🏵

I’m looking for some local chefs who would be interested in hosting a shoot in their kitchens which will include environmental prep, service & plated food. 📸

I’m more than happy to give credit to chefs & establishments on my new site if images get featured & give also you non-exclusive use for your own sites, blogs & social media marketing.

Although my background is mainly chef based; I worked as a commercial food photographer for 10 years & was widely published. I worked with both local & National food producers who used my images in their marketing & packaging paraphernalia in magazines, websites, point of sale - M&S, Waitrose & Harrods to name a few. 🍳🧀🍅

I’ve posted couple of images here to indicate the quality you can expect.
