Here’s a little look into what else the team get up to whilst at a meet… Stretch & Mobility Sessions!

Warm-ups and Cool Downs are important and so is stretching, not only does it help to ease the muscles off after a game, when done regularly it can help to prevent injury.
It is also good for the mind, a slow paced stretch session allows you to have a quiet time to relax and take some time out from being busy and always on the go 🧘🏼‍♂️
