Hi all, as we've hit Lockdown 2.0 I've decided to re-open my Facebook Online group. Please do message me if you'd like to join in for the month. It's a £30 one off payment (£1 a day!) for:

CIMSPA, like many across the sport and physical activity sector, is extremely disappointed that gyms and leisure facilities will be forced to close during the upcoming lockdown in England, starting on Thursday 5th November.

Hope you’re all well and keeping positive during these hard times. 7 weeks ago I, along with all the other personal trainers, had to shut my studio so business changed over night. I’ve been busy filming fitness videos and planning an online training group so this week I’ve launched Fitness Friend online. I’ve set up a private Facebook Group where for £15 a month you’ll get:
💕Access to a library of pre-recorded fitness videos that you can follow along with me. For all fitness levels and updated regularly
💕 A timetable of weekly Facebook Live workouts for you to join in at home (3 minimum across different day parts)

Join me tomorrow on your lunch break (if you can get one!) for a 30 minute at home workout. I’ll be taking you through a high intensity cardio circuit (no equipment needed) followed by an abs workout (as requested by lots of followers!) and then if you want to keep going and have a kettlebell at home I’ll finish with that.

Straight after your cardio workout (on previous post!), do week 6 strength exercises. Do these as circuit with 12 reps for each exercise, 3 rounds. We’ve got the following exercises:
🔸 curtsey lunges 🔸 single leg deadlift 🔸 single leg bicep curl to shoulder press 🔸snow angels 🔸 weighted sit up

This is week 6 of isolation and here is your cardio circuit for the week. It’s for all levels, just tweak your exercise and rest time to suit you (beginner 30 secs on with 20 secs rest, intermediate 45 secs on with 15 secs rest) do 3 rounds of each exercise before moving onto the next.

We have the following:
🔸 sumo squats 🔸 frog jumps 🔸 spider climbers 🔸 squat with side taps 🔸 butterflies
