I’ve nothing against people using GLP-1s if they’re prescribed and used correctly

But injections alone don’t solve the real problem most people face with getting in, and staying in shape

My client is a good example of that

She didn’t rely on shortcuts

She focused on the basics and stuck to them consistently

Over 12 weeks she lost 10kg

Not through endless hours of cardio, extreme dieting or cutting out her social life

But by building habits that actually work with her lifestyle

A high-protein, nutrient-dense diet whilst managing portion sizes better

Resistance training 3-4 times per week

Better sleep, managing stress better

Just having a more structured lifestyle

These things might sound simple, too simple to possibly work

But they’re what actually drive long-term fat loss, better health, and living a happier life

A lot of people think they can’t achieve this because of work, family, or life getting busy

But with the right structure and accountability, it’s absolutely possible

Feel like you need to cut out your social life to lose fat?

This client was unhappy with her body and the state she’d let it get to

She knew it was time to make a change, to lose that unwanted body fat and wanted guiding in the right direction

Seeing friends and enjoying a few drinks was a big part of her routine so it was important we still included this in whilst reaching her goals

We sat down to discuss the plan we wanted to put in place

Initially, there were worries it would be endless hours of boring cardio and giving up going out and seeing her friends

Because that’s all she’d ever known and been told by others to achieve results

But quickly we made sure she was clear that wasn’t the case

We went through the basics things needed to burn body fat - then figured out what she could realistically achieve each week and be consistent with

We made sure each week that she:
✅Watched her calorie intake
✅Increased her protein intake
✅Started walking a bit more
✅Exercised 3 times a week for 45 minutes
✅Still included alcohol in moderation
✅Didn’t keep any food off limits
✅Made smarter food and alcohol choices when seeing friends

Now she’s:
✅9kg down
✅Reduced her body fat significantly
✅Achieved a tighter looking tummy
✅Lost her ‘back rolls’
✅Increased her strength
✅Looking forward to going to the gym

She hasn’t had to give up any of the things she enjoys to achieve these results

She’s just simply followed the basic principles for fat loss

Made smarter choices, looked get more active

And be CONSISTENT with her approach

And the results speak for themselves 🔥

Over 9kg of weight lost, a leaner looking physique and still enjoying her life

Another race in the bag and a big PB 🔥

Shoutout to Harry for being a sick partner

And a big shoutout to Baz for programming it all to happen

There’s a fitness challenge (or hobby) out there for everyone

Your job is to find it

And I can guarantee you’ll come out the other side a stronger, sharper, better, happier version of the person you are now

We all should be aiming to be fit, strong, fast, lean, and be independent in our bodies for as long as possible

For yourself, and for the people you care about the most

When you go all in, this is what you can accomplish

One of my clients, who smashed his fat loss goal - we pulled off nearly 7kg in just 12 weeks 🔥

As a father of 2 very young children, having a holiday placed in the middle of his journey and working a mega-busy job

He could’ve whacked out the ‘I’m busy’ card multiple times

But not once did he complain, look for excuses or mention that he was busy.

He hasn’t missed a step in these 12 weeks

Saying ‘no’ to that extra portion he was offered at meals out

Getting his steps in late in the day when he didn’t ‘feel like it’

Building a solid bedtime routine to maximise the quality of the sleep he could get whilst looking after his kids

When a goal means that much to you, you’ll find a way to make it happen

And he’s set a very high standard on his journey

As the saying goes…..

‘How you do one thing is how you do everything’

So it’s no surprise he’s smashed it out the park and seen some incredible results

During our time together, we’ve nailed how to balance seeing results and still enjoying social events

The beauty of that?

He has such better control over his nutrition meanings that he can easily hold this physique for the rest of the summer and his life

When that dedication, work ethic and ‘want’ to change is there, it’s unbelievable what can be achieved
