I’ve nothing against people using GLP-1s if they’re prescribed and used correctly
But injections alone don’t solve the real problem most people face with getting in, and staying in shape
My client is a good example of that
She didn’t rely on shortcuts
She focused on the basics and stuck to them consistently
Over 12 weeks she lost 10kg
Not through endless hours of cardio, extreme dieting or cutting out her social life
But by building habits that actually work with her lifestyle
A high-protein, nutrient-dense diet whilst managing portion sizes better
Resistance training 3-4 times per week
Better sleep, managing stress better
Just having a more structured lifestyle
These things might sound simple, too simple to possibly work
But they’re what actually drive long-term fat loss, better health, and living a happier life
A lot of people think they can’t achieve this because of work, family, or life getting busy
But with the right structure and accountability, it’s absolutely possible
