🏆 Winner of the day at Oulton Park

A consistent points haul from 3 x 2nd places gave me the top spot of the day and I'm leading the Legends Championship going into the last round, albeit by only 5 points, so it's definitely going down to the wire! We now have a few weeks to prepare for the final race weekend at the end of September at Donington Park. Thanks as always for all the support, both online and at the circuit today, you have all been amazing 😁 and of course huge thanks to Craig for everything!

Not long to go until we're back on track at Oulton Park for a one day meeting on Saturday. For those of you with racing blues, here's a flashback to my championship winning weekend at Croft Circuit last year, infront of the amazing BTCC crowd! This is up there as one of my favourites 😁 enjoy!

🏆 Job done!! I'm the first ever back-to-back Elite Cup Champion 😁

We managed to have a pretty consistent weekend, which was the plan, keeping my lead at the top of the table and claiming the title with one race still to go.

In yesterday's meeting I claimed second of the day overall, with 2 x 2nd places, and what looked like a guaranteed top 2 place ended up as a 5th due to my engine overheating on the final lap.

Today I started the first race from the back of the grid, and I managed to fight my way up to 4th. Pole in the next heat led to my first win of the weekend after a very close battle with Chris Needham. The final was one to forget, after making a superb start from the back of grid, I was shunted off the track at turn 2 and suffered a puncture. My team were awesome as always and got me back out, but the incident was a long way from the pits so I ended up almost a lap down. I didn't give up, put in some hot laps and still gained some valuable points.

Thanks again for everyones support and kind messages, it means everything to me.

Massive thanks to my team who make this all possible and, of course, huge huge thanks to Craig at ProShop24 for the awesome car and for everything you do inbetween, it really is appreciated!
