​Take a look at this powerhouse line-up!

So incredibly proud to train under our amazing coach Meg and her two phenomenal coach helpers, Stella and Laila.

​Let's be honest: in combat sports, seeing an all-female coaching team is still far too rare.

That’s exactly why having these three lead the way is so incredibly important.

They aren't just teaching technique and building fitness; they are breaking barriers, shattering stereotypes, and showing everyone in the room that leadership, strength, and expertise belong to everyone.

​Thank you for being such fierce role models, pushing us past our limits, and proving every single day what a strong woman looks like. 💪🔥
