This is Carol, she has just completed the Next Door Fitness 8- week course and I'm sure you'll agree she looks fabulous.

Through a mixture of daily exercises and taking control of her food and drink Carol is much fitter and has lost more than a stone. No dieting, no overwhelming fitness fads just some better decisions and a few subtle tweaks.

I had lost some weight and try to be healthy but had come to a plateau. My friend told me about the winning combination of Iain and Becki at Next Door Fitness. I needed a different approach and after a telephone chat with Iain I felt they could help.

Becki dealt with the physical side. As I live in Oxfordshire and often spend time away, I joined her zoom classes. In addition, Becki sent me a plan which I could do as and when I like. I could do some exercises whilst cooking dinner if I wanted. What I love is there were moves I couldn’t do at the start but now I don’t hesitate to do them.

My zooms with Iain were set for convenient times. It was good to have a focus each week to review achievements and consider what did/didn’t work for me. My lightbulb moment was realising it’s all up to me.

My Fitness Pal, Fitbit and Gousto have all become parts of my life. I know if I go off the rails, I can sort it out. Nothing is off limits.

I tried various weekly challenges and the ones I have stuck with are not drinking alcohol, I stopped wine first and then virtually stopped all alcohol. So far, I don’t miss it. I’ve started drinking at least 1 litre of water each day. I do some form of exercise each day even if it’s just walking.

I’m now able to wear smaller clothes and feel good when I put them on. In the dark I accidentally put on a pair of my husband’s shorts, and they fitted me, wow that was a special moment, my husband is a super slim cyclist. Other people have noticed I look different, and I’ve started to get compliments. I feel so much healthier, not so lethargic all the time.

I know for certain I have lost over 1 stone during the 8 weeks and the thing I love is THREE inches off each thigh.

You will get personal 1-1 coaching with our Ian, he really gets to know you, he will most certainly be keeping you accountable! Becks, will get your body moving by delivering either 1-1 personal training sessions, or online zoom group sessions. You also get full access to Be. Health and Fitness!

Kick started with client check’ins & our zoom fitness session!

Our client check ins are all ‘live’, no pre recoded messages from us 💁🏼‍♀️ we are there to support and guide YOU!! We do love a chat too & getting to really know our clients.

Zoom fitness classes are also live, every Monday evening! Each workout is tailored specifically to meet the needs of the ladies who are on the programme 💗

Becki and I could not be more proud of Jules. There was no doubt that she was ready to make a change from the first time we spoke. She has worked so hard to keep going but has done it the best way possible. NO DIETS OR FITNESS FADS.

This is Jules's story in her own words......

INTRODUCTION:
I saw ‘the’ post on Facebook for an 8 week course to lose weight & to be a fitter healthier me! it hit me! I was ready for this, finally ready to get ME back!

Since having my babies I have missed out so much ‘ME’ time and all my time was devoted to them. Also I wanted to be able to play football and play with them without being out of breath.

I contacted Becks, a friend I hadn’t seen for 9 years to sign up. Becks introduced me to Next Door Fitness & the amazing Iain.

And then came the first session, I was totally nervous as I hadn’t exercised properly for 9 years, but super excited for the challenge. Becks was amazing, I really enjoyed our 1:1 sessions and also joined Becks zoom classes. I l love the range of exercises, the classes are fun, friendly and Becks made me feel welcome and part of the family.

THE PROCESS:
Being a mum my life is super busy & all around the kiddies. Anola being Type 1 diabetic means extra time is required monitoring (like having a newborn) i new it wasn’t going to be easy. But after a couple of sessions with Becks I loved it, the motivational calls with Iain helped me understand the importance of me and massively helped my mindset. I adapted and made ‘ME’ time. I felt amazing & super positive.

TAKING CONTROL::
Iain gave me so much confidence in taking control, making the right choices, being positive, changing my mindset and benefits around my choices. losing weight & toning at the same time, finally getting into smaller jeans that fit great, people commenting on how great I look, gave me confidence, made me feel capable of achieving my goals. I felt happier, bouncy, more energetic and just amazing!

Due to Covid-19 the entire course is on Zoom / Facetime so you don't even need to leave the house. We help you to break the bad habits, create new ones and find the right life balance that allows you to get to the weight and shape you really want to be and have fun getting there.
