9–5 but make it Corporate baddie energy 🔥

I love my career. I love being busy. I love big goals.

And I also want something in the day for me.

For training.
For family.
For friends.
For dinner.
For a life that still feels full after the laptop closes.

That’s why I’m more intentional about the things I do every day to support my capacity, not just get me through the next meeting.

I’m 44 with a 17yo and I’m constantly told I don’t look my age.

My skincare? Face wash + £12 moisturiser.

Because I’d rather spend money on things that actually work.

Collagen. Creatine. Training. NEU+.

Fitness doesn’t have to be your whole personality to get results. For me, it is just one thing I stack into my life because it makes me better at the rest of it.

I get to lift in the gym and adventure with my gorgeous son. I get to feel strong. I get compliments on my 💪 . I get to have a career, friends, holidays, nights out and still have goals for myself.

That’s the point.

You don’t need to build your life around fat loss, fitness or make a hobby your whole personality to get results.

You need to learn how to make them fit into a life you actually want to live.

I think we’ve been sold the wrong version of having it all.

Do less. Slow down. Find balance.

But what if you don’t want less? What if you don’t want to slow down?

I want the career. The training. To be a great mum. The friendships. The adventures. The big goals.

And no, achieving all of that isn’t always easy, fast or effortless.

I refuse to make my life smaller to fit the ‘energy’ I may or may not have each day.

Instead, I want more in the tank. Better habits. Better systems. Better recovery. Better use of my energy.

That’s the ethos at The Women’s Stack.

More sun.
More time to actually look after yourself without squeezing it into the cracks of real life.

Move your body.
Get the run in.
Eat proper food.
Stay in a little routine because it makes you feel good.

Then have the beer.
Order the cocktail.
Get the ice cream.

That’s the balance.

Not “earning” your holiday food.
Not binning every habit because you’re away.

Just grown-up fitness.
Gym sessions and gelato.
We love both.

If your goal is to change the way your body looks, you need a plan that is actually designed for body composition - and coaches that give you real talk.

Not a diary of random classes that make you sweat and burn calories.

Don’t get me wrong, I love a sweaty death session now and again.

Most women try to fix evening eating with more control or white knuckling.

But the better question is:

What did your day look like before the 9pm disaster hit?

Because if breakfast was tiny, lunch was random, carbs were low, work was chaos and you trained, your evening cravings are not you failing.

They are data.
