As some of you know, I will be levelling up+ the gym and its community to a much higher level this year.

Previously, I started my business as a personal training gym and evolved it into a strongman gym.

Spartan Fury will be the final project for my gym. Hopefully at the end of this year I will be moving to a much bigger premises to enable more strength equipment, more machines, open space, and a martial arts dojo 💪🏼

But more importantly, developing on what is already an amazing gym community.

Thank you again for everyone who has supported my business, remained a loyal client or member through ups and downs, and to those who have always supported my content 👊🏻

Response to feedback from my loyal coaches and members is extremely important to me 👊🏼

I have swapped the Dumbbell Set and the Strongman Tyre set to enable more space for both using the dumbbells more frequently as well as more open floor space to throw around tyres or other loaded carries 💪
