Me and my boat partner fished the Fastmail Pairs comp at Sweethope Loughs Trout Fishery
We managed to come first. I had 8 fish and my partner had 4. We were first in and managed to come first in the comp.

A good day at tunstall res on Sunday with my dad. I had a fish on my first cast.
The score was 15 to me and 14 to my dad😛
Everything was caught on comp flies and naturals.

My England youth fly fishing mate Seth Fiddler has just gone home from staying with us for 5 days. We went out fishing every day. We did 3 days on the river fishing for pike. We did 1 day on the river barbel fishing but unfortunately it was too cold and they weren’t feeding. We did an afternoon on the river grayling fishing but struggled because of the wind and cold. We were going to go fly fishing to Raygill but unfortunately it was closed on New Year’s Day as my dad got his days muddled up.
I loved every minute of it and we got Seth his new pb pike weighing in at 24lb,we also had an 11 and a 14lb.
An excellent adventure 💪👍
