😍 After 2 Castles and homemade pizza in one day, that's the end of the summer holidays.
Thank you to all the children for making the summer so much fun.
Back to school tomorrow, and some quiet days, as we settle back in to our term time routines.

😍 Another day, another trip on the 'Pride of Ripon' with Ripon Scenic Cruises. A lovely peaceful trip, looking for all the items on our scavenger hunt sheet, and watching out for crocodiles! It was very exciting to be able to drive the boat ALL BY OURSELVES! Thank you!

We had the most stupendous day at Saltburn Beach.
Endless sand icecreams were consumed, castles were made, holes were dug, pebbles were collected and water was splashed!

A superb day on the Super Soaker Cruise with Ripon Scenic Cruises. We loved squirting water at the pirates! Thank you

We had a fabulous day at Thornton-le-Dale Duck pond. We fed some hungry-ish ducks and tried to count them all! We drew a huge picture of the pond. We went pond dipping with friends and caught lots of water boatmen and snails, 2 small fish and a 'pond monster' (aka dragonfly nymph!). Whilst hunting for mini beasts we found soooo many ladybird larvae and some ladybirds and a few worms!

Childhood doesn’t need a packed schedule. It needs space.

We had a wonderful morning playing with sticks, pinecones, water, flowers, playdough, guttering, parachute and more with Emily at an Evergreen Exploring play session.

Back to Beetle Bank Farm today. We dodged the rain and had great fun feeding all the animals. ESPECIALLY THE GOATS!
