Katie started with me after stepping into a full time office job and feeling completely out of routine.

Going from part time to full time left her feeling stuck, unstructured and knowing something needed to change.

She wanted guidance.
She wanted accountability.
She wanted to feel like herself again.

After winning my PT giveaway, she used it as the push to start.

Since then, the biggest change hasn’t just been physical.

She’s become stronger, more toned, fitter and more comfortable in her body.

Her confidence has grown massively.
She feels more disciplined, more motivated and now believes in what she’s capable of.

Her day-to-day life has changed too:

Started around 61kg
