Hopefully you guys that know me, know that I've been heavily invested in training for quite some time now (over 13 years).
Its safe to say, I've tried many different training methods, splits, programs, diets, the list goes on. What have I learnt? Everybody is different. What works fantastically well for your best friend, may not work quite as well for you. I've also learnt that there are 2 things that DO work well for EVERYONE.
Consistency. Discipline.
Without these 2 things, you are in for a world of disappointment. Sorry to say it, but that's the truth.

As a qualified counsellor, I can offer mental health support too (this can be training or none training related).

Monthly Personal training from myself. Which includes all of the above and more.
I price these at a rate only of which it makes it worth my time. I'm not interested in taking your money and not giving a s**t about your progress. I want you to succeed and invest in something worthwhile.
As a final note, PT's come in all shapes and sizes now, meaning one might have genuinely good intentions for your health, another may have the intention of trying to get you on stage, another might just try and milk you for as long as possible.
Let me say that my goal is to help you form a healthy lifestyle so that you can eventually do this on your own. I look at the long term. I want to give you the knowledge and confidence in regards to eating cleaner and training better, in order to live a long, happy, healthy life. All while getting results, looking better, eating better, feeling better.
