Hi all!

If you're not already aware, this is just to let you know that Bootcamp is not on tomorrow with it being Halloween 🦇🎃👻

We will be up to our usual shenanigans at 41 Earlsgate again so if you have little ones bring them across for a scare that they (and you) will not forget 😈

Bootcamp will resume at 8pm on Monday next week! See you then 💪

Just a quick shout out to all my regulars and the guys that have been coming and putting the effort in recently. I genuinely appreciate your support, it's been great to have healthy numbers every session. Not only that, but the amount of blood and sweat you guys are putting into your workouts is amazing, more than I could have hoped for! I'm so glad that we are able to make this happen week in, week out, and to have you all as part of this team!

What's up everyone!

Just to let you all know that classes will not be on next week, the last one will be this Thursday.

So 6th May and 9th May we will not be training because I am away. However, we will recommence the following Monday (13th).

So enjoy your rest and I'll see you when I'm back!

With the summer holidays coming to a close, kids going back to school and people returning from holidays with a few extra pounds, now might be the perfect time to get in shape 💪

September is going to be the month in which I am going to be giving you guys completely new workouts and exercises to mix things up. Aswell as challenges that you haven't faced before... Think you're up to it? Join us on Mondays &/or Thursday at 8pm.

Hopefully you guys that know me, know that I've been heavily invested in training for quite some time now (over 13 years).

Its safe to say, I've tried many different training methods, splits, programs, diets, the list goes on. What have I learnt? Everybody is different. What works fantastically well for your best friend, may not work quite as well for you. I've also learnt that there are 2 things that DO work well for EVERYONE.

Consistency. Discipline.

Without these 2 things, you are in for a world of disappointment. Sorry to say it, but that's the truth.

I price these at a rate only of which it makes it worth my time. I'm not interested in taking your money and not giving a s**t about your progress. I want you to succeed and invest in something worthwhile.

As a final note, PT's come in all shapes and sizes now, meaning one might have genuinely good intentions for your health, another may have the intention of trying to get you on stage, another might just try and milk you for as long as possible.
Let me say that my goal is to help you form a healthy lifestyle so that you can eventually do this on your own. I look at the long term. I want to give you the knowledge and confidence in regards to eating cleaner and training better, in order to live a long, happy, healthy life. All while getting results, looking better, eating better, feeling better.

Hi all! Please feel free to share, it is much appreciated.

This is just a short message for anyone interested in taking part in fitness classes/bootcamp sessions. They are on every Monday and Thursday at 8pm, £4 per session and you will only need to bring a yoga mat. Sessions are carried out at the Winterton methodist church in the main hall.
Furthermore if you require 1 to 1 help with a fitness program, diet plan, motivation or general help, I can also help with that if you message me 😁

A none judgemental environment means definite confidence building for anyone looking to start a fitness journey. This could be a great stepping stone to getting you started when it comes to achieving the body you want.

Anyone over 16 can take part as most exercises have options to make them easier/harder on suit your needs. You can take things at your own pace!

You will build Muscular strength, endurance, cardiovascular fitness, Explosive power, stabalization, core strength and overall improved health.

Of course, the list goes on...

A friendly environment of mixed ages is always comforting when taking part in something like this the first time. So feel free to come down and try one, or as mentioned ask me for more details.

Hi all, this isn't bootcamp related. Just to let any members of Winterton gym aware that they have unfortunately had to close it today/tonight. We are hoping it will be reopened again on Wednesday! You will also be able to use any of the other sites tonight instead if you wish.

Hi all. Class is on tonight as normal. It will be the weigh in for all you guys that took part in this month's challenge, and the winner/winners will be announced on Thursday!

Class will not be on next Monday (8th May), but other than that it is on as normal all month including the bank holiday at the end of the month 😁
