🏆 End of Season Awards 2025/2026

Yesterday, we got together as a club to celebrate the 2025/2026 season with some go-karting and many pints. A massive well done to George for taking the win (comfortably, if I do say so myself 👀) and to Cameron for clocking the fastest lap.

Then it was over to the Fox and Hounds pub for the awards presentation:

🏆🏆🏆 Thomas Thornton

Thomas ended his playing career on an high, walking away with Player's Player, Supporters' Player, and Goal of the Season. He can’t get rid of us that easily, as he will be stepping into a management role for the coming season!

🏆Josh Craven

Manager’s Player was awarded to Josh Craven, an individual who has only gone from strength to strength both on and off the pitch.

🏆Will Eddleston

The Golden Boot went to Will Eddleston, who ended the season on a brilliant 11 goals. Having had to step into the defence when needed, this tally could have been a lot higher! Can he make it 3 out of 3 next year?

🫏 Joshua Jenkinson

Making it back to back, Josh walked away with D! #$ of the Season. A great guy who will do anything for the team but it’s just a shame he had fake tattoos on multiple occasions. 😂

As a club we have progressed so much since last year, finishing the season with 10 more points, scoring double the amount of goals, and bettering our goal difference by 30. There are big plans ahead for next year, so keep your eyes peeled for some exciting announcements.

Manor Farm 1 - 1 Cranwell Rovers FC (abandoned)

A well contested game ended early due to a serious injury to our keeper.

Just want to take this opportunity to thank Cranwell for being so understanding and overall being a decent bunch of lads. Also want to shoutout the match official who swiftly abandoned the game and made sure the players welfare came first and a huge big up to the NHS who were nothing but first class today.

Thomas has a long couple of months ahead of him but he has the lads support behind him.

A huge thank you to the Manor Farm Co-op who after seeing our recent successive head injuries sorted us out with funds to buy a brand new first aid kit as well as some new balls. Thank you again from everyone at the club!

Cranwell Rovers FC 3 - 2 Manor Farm

No Keeper. Gaffer between the sticks. In the lead twice. And a huge cut to the head. That’s Sunday League for ya.

The lads can leave Cranwell with their heads held high today. On another day with an actual keeper we would deserve to leave with all 3 points against a side that sits second in the league, but it wasn’t meant to be.

The progress shown this season has been nothing but first class. Players are literally dying for the team (See Thomas and Aaron 😂).

Couldn’t be any prouder as the manager, the graft and togetherness is exactly what this team is about. Long may it continue. Up the Farm!!
