30mm rubber tiles have arrived to protect the floor so this is the next job on the list. We’re picking up pace now 💪

Glute day Sunday for me 🍑 just a couple of clips of some of the big compound exercises that I do as part of my routine that really push me hard!

Full Routine
3 drop sets on the abductor (Warm up 60kg down to 20kg)
3 sets of cable kick backs (15kg)
3 sets of cable pull through (20kg)
3 sets of 10 reps squats (50kg)
3 sets of 10 reps hip bridge (120kg)

Keep focused and remember dreams don’t work unless you take action 💪

Progress pictures! (Excuse the shocked facial expressions) 😂 My diet it on point and the reduction in boy fat is visible but this has also come from reduced water retention with a lower carb intake. I’m actually stronger in the gym at this lower bodyweight now that it has become my routine and am working for progressive overload following the same plan as pre Christmas for a few more months at least. I did have some treats over Christmas and a couple of cheeky Margaritas but all in moderation. Keep focused on your goals and cut things out of life that hold you back 💪

Well with the weather this weekend it hasn’t been hard to choose between running outside or at the gym!

Friday was a run followed by pull and today was all glute focused! Tomorrow might be difficult walking but we’re ready to face the pain head on in the name of gains 🍑

Right we’re back!!

This is all for accountability and focus! Staying mentally strong as well as physically strong is paramount and being able to focus yourself and commit even when you really don’t feel like it will make you a better stronger person!
