The last game for the Altofts boys in the JPL Rep Team ended on a high at the All Stars Showcase Tournament.

It’s been a brilliant experience for the boys, playing against professional academies and even travelling to Juventus. We’d like to say a massive thank you to Raza Siddique and the team for giving the boys this opportunity and experience.

As a team, we’ll be stepping away from the JPL for the coming season until it moves to 9v9 home and away. In the meantime, we’ll be playing up an age group, just like our Sunday team did last season.

We’ll hopefully be back the season after — and with a bit of luck, we’ll have a few more Altofts boys involved in the JPL Rep Team.

We’re still looking for a dedicated goalkeeper to join our **Altofts Juniors U10s JPL team** 🧤⚽

Following our previous keeper moving on, we’re now looking for someone who is already playing in goal and wants to continue developing in a competitive environment.

You’ll be joining a strong, well-organised team with a great group of players and supportive coaches — just missing that key position.

✅ Regular matches
✅ Positive, structured training
✅ Great environment to develop as a goalkeeper
✅ Training twice a week with Uefa accredited Coach

Our goalkeeper H has officially signed for Rotherham United! 🧤⚽

From the very first training session to every match he’s played in our colours, H has shown incredible commitment, determination, and passion for the game. Watching him grow as a player and now take this huge step in his football journey makes us unbelievably proud as a club.

Moments like this are what football is all about — supporting young players, helping them develop, and seeing them go on to achieve their dreams.

H will always be part of our team and we can’t wait to see what the future holds for him at Rotherham United. 🔴⚪

Today, the first JPL All Stars (representative team) training session took place at Huddersfield Town Academy.

Our very own Ant & Raza are leading on the programme and Dan is coaching the U9s.

Players from various JPL teams were there to represent the North.

Some of the players who attend our Monday night sessions have made the teams and will now play several games against some top academy sides.

❤️🖤Massive congratulations to these 4 lads who’ve been with us since they were just 5/6 years old! ❤️🖤

As coaches – and as Altofts Juniors – we couldn’t be prouder of everything we’ve achieved together in our very first season in the JPL:
🏆 Double league champions
🏆 Yorkshire champions
⚽ 2x National finals

Now, these boys have gone one step further… they’ve been selected for the JPL All Stars Team North & Yorkshire! From over 80 players, they’ve earned the chance to represent our little village of Altofts on the biggest stage.

They had their 1st training session yesterday at Huddersfield Town training ground.

Moving forward over the next year, they’ll test themselves against top academies including Man City, Barnsley and more – an incredible achievement! 🙌
