This weekend I competed at the Yonex All England Open Seniors 🏸
On Friday, I was proud to take home a silver medal in the O40 singles, falling short against a very talented Sri Lankan opponent.
Saturday brought a new challenge in the doubles, with a last-minute partner change after mine unfortunately had to withdraw on the morning of the tournament. Big thanks to my Swedish partner for stepping in! We faced a strong Malaysian pair and, despite our best efforts, came up short against the eventual winners.
Overall, it was a fantastic tournament in Hatfield—great atmosphere, high-level competition, and brilliant to catch up with so many players.
Wishing the best of luck to everyone competing in the mixed doubles tomorrow! 💪
