Sometimes the reset isn’t a spa day or a perfect routine. Sometimes it’s bare feet on the earth, early morning sun, deep breaths, and moving slowly enough to actually feel yourself again.
Sun salutations on top of Carnmoney this morning — grounded on an ancient Neolithic mound, surrounded by light, birdsong and fresh air. A reminder that rest and regulation don’t always come from doing more. Sometimes they come from reconnecting with something much older and simpler. ☀️

This is what I’ve been building 🧘🪬
A calm, cosy, intimate space to slow down, stretch gently, and properly switch off.
You don’t need to know what yin or nidra means —
you just need 90 minutes to rest, reset, and feel like you’ve been somewhere else for a while.
Small group, personalised, no pressure.
Just time for you, to rest and reconnect with yourself.
That’s the experience ✨
More to come.

Waiting on tonight’s class 🤍
My little home studio — small, cosy, and intentionally intimate (just 3 people at a time).
A space to slow down, reconnect with your body, and properly switch off for a while.
Tonight it’s gentle stretch and deep rest…
then sending everyone back out into the world a little softer ☁️

We’re taught to push. Yin teaches us to pause.
Rest is parful — and sometimes lying down is the bravest thing you’ll do today.

I met in Tenerife — a world-class freediver.

That day, after yoga and breathwork, we walked straight into the Atlantic. One breath. No tanks. Just trust.

I dived to 9.6 metres — the deepest I’ve ever gone. And here’s the thing… holding your breath until your diaphragm starts to spasm? It’s deeply uncomfortable.
But if you stay. If you focus. If you don’t panic…

There’s space beyond the discomfort.
Laia dives to 100 metres on one breath. That blew my mind.

And it reminded me — life isn’t meant to be comfortable all the time. But when you learn to sit with discomfort, and trust your breath, you realise just how much power you already have.
