The council have decided to close all leisure centres at 5:30pm today due to the planned protests so tonight’s Combat class is cancelled. Stay safe, enjoy your night off and I’ll see you on Friday instead! 🥊

This weekend, Emma and I are doing a little class swap! I’m out on Friday night so Emma is kindly covering my 6:45pm class in the Valley. Emma’s taking a Pilates class upstairs on Saturday morning so I’m covering her Combat class at 8:15am. Hopefully see you then! 🥊

Another wee medal to add to the collection as Karl and I took on the Belfast City Marathon Team Relay today! I was running for AWARE NI and Karl for Cystic Fibrosis. 🏃🏻‍♂️💪🏼🙌🏼
