- Bench Press 60kg, 4 sets of 8 reps💥
- Seated Incline Press 40kg, 4 sets of 6 reps💥
- Chest Press Machine 50kg, 4 sets of 6 reps💥
- Standing Chest Press 40kg, 4 sets of 6 reps(wide and close grip)💥
- Chest Fly Machine 40kg, 4 sets of 6 reps💥
