Demo night. Two venues. One community.

Tonight the MA4F team will be at O.L.S.P. in Teignmouth and Bovey Tracey School Fete — and we could not be more proud of everyone who's showing up to represent this club.

This is what all those sessions in the Dojang are for. The early starts. The repetitions. The moments where it felt hard and you did it anyway.

Tonight, people who have never seen martial arts before are going to watch our students and think: I want that for my child. Or maybe even: I want that for me.

Tomorrow evening we have not one — but TWO demonstrations happening across Devon. And we'll be honest with you, demo days are some of our favourite days in this job.

There's something that happens when our students step in front of an audience. Something shifts. The nerves, the focus, the moment they land a technique and hear the reaction from the crowd — you can't manufacture that. It has to be earned.

Tomorrow we'll be at O.L.S.P. in Teignmouth and at Bovey Tracey School Fete, and our students are ready.
