With a demanding work schedule and many hours spent in front of a computer screen, I knew I needed to do something to help rejuvenate my body and mind, luckily a friend referred me to HYN and I honestly haven’t looked back! The instructors are amazing, intuitive and knowledgeable, any concerns I had about my lack of ability are gone, my posture has improved, my body feels stronger and more agile, and I’m happier than I’ve been in a long time. Hot one today ☀️💧

If you’re coming to Hot classes, make sure you’re hydrating well before and after class.

One of my favourite ways to hydrate on a day like today is with some lovely refreshing water with mint, lemon and cucumber and plenty of ice cubes 🥒🍋🌿

You could even add a small pinch of salt for extra hydration support, or if you’d prefer, we always have electrolytes available at the studio too.

Keeping it nice and simple. Just keep sipping throughout the day and look after yourself, your body will thank you for it💦🌶️🔥

Today we’re celebrating our beautiful client Cassie on her wedding day 🤍✨

It has been such a pleasure having Cassie in the studio and being part of her journey leading up to such a special moment. Watching her grow stronger, healthier and more confident with every class has been amazing, and we couldn’t be happier for her as she walks into this next chapter.
