**Join Our New Beginners Boxing Class at Sailfit!**

Are you ready to punch your way to fitness? Sailfit is excited to announce our new beginners boxing class with our expert boxing coach Joy. This invigorating class is perfect for all ages and abilities, with no experience necessary and includes professional coaching and a supportive community atmosphere. Participants will enjoy a full-body workout that boosts cardiovascular health, enhances coordination, and builds strength. Plus, boxing is a fantastic way to relieve stress and improve mental focus. Don’t miss out on this opportunity to learn new skills and get fit—sign up today and experience the knockout benefits of boxing! Initially this will be a 6 week block starting on Tuesday July 30th 6.30-7.30am. ATTENTION TIGHT GUYS!!
➡️Do you feel like you could snap in half just trying to tie your shoes up?
➡️Does it take ages for you to feel like you could stand up straight in the mornings because you’re so stiff and sore?
➡️Have you tried stretching before but it hasn’t made any difference?

Here at SailFit, we have a session specifically designed for you….
Introducing Tight Guys Stretch Class - run every Monday night from 5.30-6.30pm with our Personal Trainer Tessa. Tessa will guide you through the right stretches for you, focusing on the main areas that we have seen guys need to create more freedom in their bodies in order to feel and move better. This class is a fantastic entry point to training and stretching or an addition to any training program in order to improve recovery, feel more agile and flexible, reduce injury occurence, reduce inflammation, decrease stress and decrease pain. This is a fun, relaxed and inclusive class which is open to all levels and ages (we make modifications for injuries or limitations). Please contact Tana for 0478 034 659 or more information or to take up our offer of a FREE TRIAL CLASS. If you are a current group training member, this class is easily booked via the GymMaster app.

Joy brings a wealth of coaching experience and knowledge, oozes passion for her life and work, and always has the biggest, most friendly smile on her face! This wet weather is perfect for getting in the gym for a good training session to lift your mood & get warm!
- Get your blood pumping! (Movement is crucial to keep your circulatory system healthy)
- Have a laugh and some good banter with friends
- Get a good sweat up (so important to keep doing regularly through winter to aid with detoxification and the lymphatic system)
- Feel stronger and fitter (tone muscle, build strength and fitness)
- Limber up (reduce stiffness from sitting too much)
