This is a Whitefield Expert BMX 31of 75, bought as a frame, forks and bars set from . Head over there for the story behind it, but it’s essentially a NOS frame set from the 80s it still had the wrapping on! From there we’ve collected parts over a few months and put it together over the Christmas break. There plenty of age marks on it, but candy blue paint has such a lovely finish for an 80s bike. Anyway let us know what you think.

At the weekend the Wall E Ruption TX5 had a bit of love. A used odyssey 43T chainring has been fitted, great period part. Also the t ear hub has been serviced and finally removed the nasty cheap freewheel replaced by a 15T polished freewheel. It’s now ready for the new season of rideouts….

Just finished going over this. The lovely Mongoose Menace Pro, great looking Mid school bike. It’s got its orginal tyres, brakes and most other parts, with only replacement seat and grips due to damage. Rides great and perfect to start a BMX collection.
